What shipping options are recommended?

There are three shipping options available at checkout: Ground, Priority and Express. Because our cookies are baked in small batches, and do not contain added preservatives, priority shipping is recommended. If needed, expedited shipping is available at checkout.

How soon will my order ship after I make a purchase?

Our cookies are baked fresh after orders has been placed. Unless expedited shipping and processing is selected, orders will be filled and shipped within 48 hours of being purchased. Orders are timed to arrive-by the date or date range you specify when you place your order.

The Cookie Lady Cookie Company takes pride in providing customers with delicious baked goods that are carefully packaged to ensure optimal freshness. If you do not plan on enjoying your cookies within 3-4 days of receiving your order, it is recommended that you freeze your items to maintain freshness.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

Yes, you may specify a P.O. Box for the destination of your package. It is recommended that you ship to a street address to ensure that your package arrives in good condition.

What is the policy for damaged items/refunds/redeliveries and exchanges?

Here at Cookie Lady Cookie Company we value both our products and our customers! It is our desire to make your Cookie Lady experience a pleasant one!   In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you receive damaged items, please contact us immediately! Although we do not provide refunds, we will make every effort to address your concerns in order to improve your Cookie Lady experience.
